How to order? |
| via Internet: Please choose the items you want to order in our shop and click and add them to your bag (or cart). If you are ready for check out, go to the shopping cart and enter your address on the following page. Then you have to choose the way of payment. And finally: send your order to us just by press the finishing button. If you have put in your correct email-address you will receive automaticly a confirmation for your order. In some cases we will send an second email by hand a few hours later to give you some further details. via telephone: Normally we are in office every day from 9:00 a.m. (monday-friday) up to 5 p.m. You can call us personally under +49-511-734979. On the other times a answering machine is working. |
Shipping costs |
| Minimum order-amount We do not have a minimum amount or value. We also ship just one CD if you want. It's your decision if the amount plus postage is O.K. for you. You see what you have to pay at the shopping card by choising your country. No suprises! Shipping by standard letter or with DHL Small items we normally send by letter with just a stamp on it (without tracking number). Bigger items like records, posters, ... we ship by registered package with DHL. In every case you are safe. The shipments are insured. So don't worry! Europe 6,00 Euro (letter with up to 4 CDs and less than 50 Euro order value) or 12,00 Euro (registered package for more than 4 CDs or for more than 50 Euro order value or for bigger boxes like for vinyl, posters, ...). USA, Japan, Australia and the rest of world 8,00 Euro (letter with up to 4 CDs and less than 50 Euro order value) or 30,00 Euro (registered package for more than 4 CDs or for more than 50 Euro order value or for bigger boxes like vinyl or posters). In every case we try to charge only the lowest prices as possible! You can trust us. |
Payment |
| via invoice and pre-payment in advance Please send the order as usual. You will get an automatic confirmation by email a few seconds later. We will send you an other detailed proforma invoice a few hours later (personally by hand). There you can see the shipping costs and the total you have to pay in advance. We also send you all details how to pay. Please wait for your receipt and pay by sending cash (registered letter) or International Money Order or by wire transfer (with IBAN and BIC) to our account. If you have paid too much we will give you a credit note for your next order automaticly. If we get your payment, we will send the items normally at the same day. via Paypal We will check your order and the shipping costs and will send you money request via Paypal by hand. This takes a while (up to 2 working days), so please be patient. If we get your payment, we will send the items as soon as possible. |

| Prices: All prices are in Euro and included no tax (VAT). Without shipping costs. There is no limit for a postage-free shipment. Delivery-time 1-3 working days Normaly we will ship your order within 1-3 working days. We also send you an automatic confirmation by email in the moment our ware house has send your package (including the invoice). |
